Series SL-MED 53 is for use in MEDIUM security environments. These fixtures are widely used in stairwells and corridors of motels, apartment complexes, schools, penal institutions, and jails, and wherever vandalism or abuse presents a problem. They may be used in conjunction with occupancy sensors and emergency power packs.
Crownlite manufactures security fixtures ranging from MINIMUM SECURITY 20 ga CRS units with .125 polycarbonate lenses and tamper resistant hardware to MEDIUM SECURITY units using 18-14 ga CRS and .187-.250 polycarbonate lenses, to MAXIMUM/SUPER MAXIMUM level fixtures of 12 ga crs and compound .375-.500 lenses.
Surface, wall, Cornice, Recessed Grid and Flanged configurations are available in both standard and clam shell designs.
