Crownlite (“Crownlite”) is sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet, and we understand that your company and credit information are confidential.

This Privacy Policy is designed to tell you about our practices regarding collection, use, and disclosure of information that you may provide to Crownlite via this site. We respect your privacy and want you to be free of all worries of unwanted solicitations or contacts when you ask for information from us, or allow us to send you information you have requested. Any information collected will be held in strict confidence and we will not disclose it to third parties unless it is absolutely necessary to send you information or offers you have requested.

Email, Postal Mail & Response Forms
When you OK receiving information by email, you will be added to a list that enables you to receive relevant information. In every email you subsequently receive from Crownlite, you will be offered the opportunity to unsubscribe (be deleted from the list). Or, you may always unsubscribe by sending a request to that effect to unsubscribe@Crownlite.com. If you choose to unsubscribe, your contact records will be deleted from our email lists (not retained as inactive).

You will always be given these three choices on Response Forms when you ask for information:

Crownlite will not ordinarily release or disclose your information to third parties other than for processing purposes without your express consent. Examples are:

If we send out emails, even for third party offers you have approved, we do or control the ‘list send’ for the third party and never release the list. Although we will seek to require third parties with which we conduct business to follow appropriate security and privacy policies, we are not responsible for any breach of these policies by third parties. If we send out postal mailings, we will release the lists of addresses of recipients who have agreed to receive the mailing to the mailhouse and fulfillment services.
